As with many anglers, my Dad taught me  to fish using single hooks, a spinning reel, bobbers, and worms.

After an engineering education at Purdue University, I embarked a career with Kenner Toys, raised a family, and also engineered surgical devices for Johnson and Johnson until retirement in 2018.

Then having more free time, I traveled the U.S. and Canada to explore various fishing venues.  Tying on the various lures was tedious and time consuming, so I developed and patented several fishing innovations aimed at  completely eliminating knot tying, make fishing easier both avid and novice anglers who represent the future of the sport.
